We are currently working on plans for something new.
We see a need around here for more affordable options for new homes. Our plan is to create a subdivision with smaller lot sizes, which allows us to keep the cost of land down. The homes that we will be building will be 2 - 5 bedrooms, with the main floor being 1200 sq ft. The goal is to keep the cost of these brand new home builds as low as possible. We will have 4 models to choose from. Basic & Deluxe, either with a finished basement or without. We are currently estimating the cost of the Deluxe home with a finished basement being less than $450,000.
